This program is open to the elderly, disabled, and the economically disadvantaged. All who wish to participate will need to apply.

Documentation required is Proof of Residency in the City of Rocky Ford, verifiable proof of income, or a letter of disability.

There is limited funding for this project and we hope to assist as many people as we can. 

*Weatherization work on the first group of six homes is now underway. Applications are still being taken for the next round.

*This program was made possible through a settlement between the City of Rocky Ford and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment resulting from a criminal penalty for a 2007 violation of the Clean Water Act.
